The flat belongs to a nice community with 3 large communal swimming pools. It is situated on the fourth floor and has a lift to the parking and the pool area. The flat itself has a living/dining room with a separate room with a sofa bed. You will be able to cook in the fully equipped kitchen.

Guest Access:
We will contact you approximately one week before your arrival to confirm your arrival time and the address of the house and send you the check-in form. On the day of arrival, we will meet you at the house at the agreed time to show you around.
The Neighborhood:
Residencial community located in a very quiet area in the center of Denia, 500 m distance from the sandy beach, restaurants and supermarkets very close. Downtown Dénia (Calle Marqués de Campos) is approximately 0.5 km. In Dénia you will find many shops in pedestrian streets, restaurants, culture, sports and various offers of fun and entertainment. Connections to Mallorca and Ibiza. Even the golf clubs of La Sella and Oliva Nova are 10 min. by car. The airports of Alicante and Valencia are only one hour away by car.
Other Things to Note:
Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The use of the internet is free of charge. A daily electricity consumption of 10kWh is included in the rental price. Above this consumption will be charged at 0,30€/kWh. In addition, a security deposit of 200 € must be paid.
