Positive: Idilic atmosphere, gorgeous views, historical building, delicious food. We spent three day at Tenuta Mocajo and it was amazing. The staff was so welcoming and nice that they make you feel like you are visiting a friend and not a hotel. The pool area is nice and much-needed given the July heat. The restaurant terrace is stunning. The property is not crowded and you rarely have many people around you — ideal for reading and relaxing. I can definitely recommend Tenuta Mocajo and hope to be back one day.
Negative: Everything was great and exceeded our expectations. Something that could make things even more perfect for us would be a broader selection of white wines on dinner menu. The one produced at the property is very nice but when you stay for several days, it’s good to have several options to choose from.
