Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The little gite was well equipped and very clean. It also had the added bonus of an idyllic outdoor sitting area - very secluded and tranquil. The host Linda was very welcoming and helpful.
Negative: Unfortunately the bedroom was unusable by us as it had a very low sloping ceiling with not enough headroom to permit us to even stand upright in the area. The proximity of the bed to the top of the steep stairs was also an issue as it would be easy to fall down the stairs - particularly if one suffers from any form of dizziness or claustrophobia. Luckily the host was able to provide us with a bedroom in her adjacent gite that fortunately was vacant and which we used at night. Otherwise we could not have stayed.
Summary: Overall we enjoyed our stay in the gite. It was just a pity about the bedroom.
