Positive: The staff were very attentive. The location is awesome.

Negative: The room heating wasn’t very good. The room was cold and never really warmed up. The staff gave us two additional portable heaters which makes me think that there is a problem with the ducted heating. When we arrived the bathroom was dirty with toothpaste stains on the vanity and the floor was dirty. There were multiple light globes not working. The staff immediately rectified though. The spa bath is so loud, it was very unrelaxing. Very outdated I suspect. Overall I think the hotel needs a bit of a refresh.
