Negative: There’s a lot of clutter in the back “Porch” area where the non functional hot tub is located. Needs a deep cleaning throughout. Electrical and lights are a little funky. Had to remove some light bulbs as they were turning on spontaneously. Property owner wasn’t the most honest person either. I had unfortunate and unforeseeable circumstances and I tried to cancel a couple days after the due date. Owner said he would repost and try to rent it and provide a refund or at least a partial refund. Then he said no one inquired. We checked every day it was never reposted. He blamed Booking.com for the not allowing a refund.
