Ideally located in the heart of Le Havre, within one of the famous buildings designed by architect Auguste Perret, you can discover on foot all the magic of this city classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will stay 300m from the beach, 200m from the casino, and at the foot of shops.
The apartment is on the 1st floor of a quiet and secure residence with an elevator. Inside, everything has been designed to make you feel at home. Designed for 2 people, it is composed as follows:
- A living room with a seating and dining area offering a splendid view of General de Gaulle Square.
- A fully equipped open kitchen (refrigerator, oven/microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.) allowing you to cook delicious meals.
- A bedroom with a glass partition equipped with a high-quality Queen Size bed (160x200cm).
- A bathroom completes this accommodation with a shower, toilet, and hairdryer.
The accommodation is very bright and without vis-à-vis. It is fully equipped and can accommodate up to 2 travelers.

LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighborhood, we thank you for limiting noise between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated in the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the lease immediately and activate the bank deposit in case of excesses or damages.
## Access
By staying with us, you will have access to all the different parts of the accommodation. Parking is paid around the accommodation from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m and from 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m Monday to Saturday (free on Sundays and public holidays). Free parking in the city for all electric vehicles. A little trip to the beach? Parking is free for everyone! Trams and buses are also a good way to get around and discover the city. The nearest underground parking to the accommodation: Les Halles (Volcano) - 6.90 euros for 12 hours, then 0.10c/15min extra. 7-day package 23 euros.
## Interaction

## Neighborhood
The apartment is ideally located in the city center, in a quiet residence, close to shops, the beach, the casino, and the main points of interest in Le Havre. For your groceries, gourmets will be satisfied, especially with Les Halles, located less than 100m from the apartment. Also, a small Carrefour Market open every day from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. is located 2 steps from the apartment.
## Notes
Your host will be at your disposal during your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Check-in: Physical check-in will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to better organize your key handover.
Check-out: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
We do our best to provide you with a quality welcome. We thank you for being as precise as possible about your arrival times and for notifying your host in case of delay. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged 20 euros, to be paid through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debited from your deposit.
In case of arrival after 10:30 p.m it will no longer be possible to welcome you, and your night will not be refunded if applicable. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; notify us as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.
A valid ID may be required upon entry. An inventory and photo inventory of the equipment will be carried out before your arrival.
If additional travelers other than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of 100€/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
