The Garden Room is the smallest of our self-catering cottages and occupies the south end ground floor of the building. This very light apartment offers either a super-king bed or alternatively 2 single beds ,with a luxury en-suite shower room. This self-catering accommodation features an open plan kitchen/lounge/dining area, to seat 4. The Garden Room offers a well-equipped modern kitchen, smart television with DVD player, CD Radio, free Wi-Fi, large sofa with integrated double sofa bed and a wood-burning stove. A set of double glazed patio doors lead out onto a small garden and decking area with garden furniture, ideal for outside eating, weather permitting.
Please note that prices stated are for up to 2 people sleeping in the 1 Super-king bed, the sofa bed can be added to sleep an additional 2 people at a supplement of £30 per night. Twin beds available at supplement of £20. We do allow well behaved dogs but please do ask first, additional supplement of £20 for 1 or £15 each for 2.
