Summary: Staff were individually friendly and helpful. But they did not follow through on requests for confirmation of actions e.g. Spa bookings made ahead of our stay required 2 "chases" before I got an email confirmation. Restaurant was not value for money hence when we stayed most people ate the bar menu.
