Travel Purpose: business

Positive: We really appreciated the keyless access to the property, especially due our late arrival. It's always nice to not have someone waiting on guests to access the property. The kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom was functional and had good hot water pressure. We liked the proximity to the town. We liked the water being so close and the tranquility. Good size for 4 adults. Amazingly large deck to enjoy the view on comfy Adirondack chairs. We didn't had the chance to use the BBQ, but it's certainly available.

Negative: We arrived late and it was dark. It was difficult to see any signs pertaining to the Marina. The keyless access was glitchy on two occasions, but the quick response and remote fix from the manager was greatly appreciated. We cooked breakfast for 4 adults and only had a small frying pan. The water is not recommended to drink, as per the sign left on the fridge. Suggestions: A bigger frying pan. 1 large bottled water to accommodate temporarily. A lamp in the living-room and finally a shade on the skylight upstairs would be ideal.
