Summary: My complaint is for the Hotels.com website. The site was labeled as 2 queen beds. I was sharing a room with my brother. Day of check-in I found out there was only 1 bed. My brother had to book another hotel that was almost twice as much as this one. I end up paying the full amount for the one I had, was intending on splitting it. Olga had the site fixed ASAP, which I appreciated but it did not help my financial situation. She and her Inn is a great place but this should not have happened.
