Pull up to the space through the quiet alleyway access. Park immediately in front of the garage or pull inside. Take the service door up the staircase to the comfortable studio. Atop the stairs enough is a well-laid out, open studio that lives larger than it is.
Find a fully equipped kitchen along the center of the room providing a full appliance package, including a cabinet washer/dryer combination. Enjoy everything you need to cook, including pots, pans, dishware, utensils, and more.
Find a table height bar table along the central space that provides dining for two or a dedicated workspace if required. A smart TV hangs above, ready to stream your favorite entertainment, while a small love sofa at the end of the bed provides a comfortable place to cozy up at the end of the day.
At the back of the space is a comfortable queen mattress drawer nightstand providing additional storage, and the unit has a single bathroom.
