The Space:
Pull up to the space through the quiet alleyway access. Park immediately in front of the garage or pull inside. Take the service door up the staircase to the comfortable studio. Atop the stairs enough is a well-laid out, open studio that lives larger than it is.
Find a fully equipped kitchen along the center of the room providing a full appliance package, including a cabinet washer/dryer combination. Enjoy everything you need to cook, including pots, pans, dishware, utensils, and more.
Find a table height bar table along the central space that provides dining for two or a dedicated workspace if required. A smart TV hangs above, ready to stream your favorite entertainment, while a small love sofa at the end of the bed provides a comfortable place to cozy up at the end of the day.
At the back of the space is a comfortable queen mattress drawer nightstand providing additional storage, and the unit has a single bathroom. Find a single vanity and low-entry shower encased in glass in the bathroom. The bathroom is outfitted with all the necessities, including towels, shampoo, body wash, toilet paper, and a hair dryer.
Enjoy a shared courtyard with the primary house by heading back downstairs and using the second service door from the garage. A brick-laid patio, privacy fencing, and comfortable patio furniture make it a great place to soak up the Savannah sun.
Guest Access:
The entire place is set up for your use. The only "shared" space is in the courtyard, which the owner and her guests from the front house use it from time to time. It's unlikely you will run into them :)

Ideally located in the west Victorian District, you will be in the heart of historic Savannah and centrally located to all the incredible eats, drinks, and sights Savannah has to offer. From your door, the southern portion of Forsyth Park is just a 4-minute walk. On your way, grab a delicious cup of coffee at the Sentient Bean or Alexander’s Bistro, featuring fair trade coffee and lattes. Need a breakfast bite to start your day? Pick up some great American-style breakfast with a retro feel at Betty Bombers Diner.
