Summary: We love this hotel and would not stay anywhere else in the area The service is excellent no matter where we were at the hotel. The room was very nice and comfortable. It's hard to be critical of anything but for a 5-Star hotel I was grossed out by all of the stains on every chaise lounge cushion at the pool. The first one I was on had ketchup stains on the side of it. Yes, the staff covers them with Ritz Carlton towels, but it is very off putting seeing these cushions in such a dirty state. They need to be cleaned or replaced more often than they are.
