The River Precinct Home is a dog friendly holiday house ideal for families and couples, just 75m from the Noosa River with no busy roads to cross. The house has 3 large bedrooms all with airconditioning, ceiling fans and fitted wardrobes. There are
2 Queen beds and 2 king single beds, all supplied with quality linen , towels. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs and 1 bedroom upstairs with an ensuite and dressing room. There is a family bathroom downstairs with a large walk in shower and toilet. The laundry room has a washing machine and dryer and third toilet.
There is a fully equipped newly renovated kitchen ideal for family entertaining.with modern appliances, including a dishwasher and large fridge. The main living area has ample seating, and smart TV and sound system. The family room opens out onto a large north facing covered deck with a webber BBQ and a fully fenced private pool.
The River Precinct Home is great for your four-legged friends with a large fully fenced backyard for your dogs to run and play. The front of the house has ample covered parking for 3 cars, is also fully fenced, secure and private. The 5m lockable sliding gate enables ideal access for small to medium boats and trailers. Tewantin has two boat ramps; one is a sand ramp which requires a 4WD, situated east side of the bridge and accessed via Hilton Esplanade, and the other ramp is situated to the west of Noosa Marina at the top end of the car park.
Transport
The bus stop is situated 25m from the house, on the right as you exit the gate. Buses are very frequent and travel to Noosa via Gympie Terrace, or you can buy an all day pass, catch the Noosa Ferry at the Marina and meander down the beautiful Noosa River stopping off to explore along the way. At Christmas and Easter the bus is FREE.

Tewantin
Just a 10-minute walk, Tewantin is a small village on the Noosa River and is the launching point for the vehicular ferry to Noosa North Shore, the Great Sandy National Park and Fraser Island. Historic Tewantin was originally a timber town and the river port for the Noosa area. Today Tewantin is the administrative centre for the Noosa region and is home to shops, cafes, a hotel and Noosa Marina.
Noosa River
The Noosa River is a short 75m walk from the house, where you can stroll, fish, relax, watch the sun go down or enjoy a picnic on the foreshore. Just a 5 minute ramble will take you to the Noosa Marina, a bustling complex on the river where you can enjoy a coffee, a cool drink, alfresco lunch or an evening meal with river views. The Harbour Wine Bar and Harbour Fish Market restaurant have dog friendly outdoor dining areas, and Cafe Vincino do a great breakfast and lunch and they also have no objection to your pet if you sit outside. The 40-berth marina also has specialty shops and each Sunday the Noosa Marina Markets set up craft and produce stalls on the boardwalk. Deep sea and river fishing charters, cruise and tour boats, self-drive hire boats, the Noosa Ferry and houseboats all dock at the marina and can be booked on location at the Visitor Information Centre in the marina.
Gympie Terrace
Take a 15 minute walk or catch the bus to Gympie Terrace, which runs along the Noosa River and is a hive of activity during the evenings as award winning restaurants, bars and cafes tempt onlookers for a drink or a relaxed meal.
Hire a Boat
With several boat-hiring facilities along Gympie Terrace, you can spend your day cruising down the Noosa River. Some boats have onboard BBQs so bring the sausages for lunch.
