The apartment enjoys a unique sequestered position, with the endless Pacific Ocean and palm fronds as frontage. This treelined walk-up annexe is private and easily accessible, with only one flight of stairs โ and 30 seconds โ between you and sandy toes.
With an all-encompassing disposition of simplicity, your senses are spoilt with splashes of intentional art layered with mid-century minimalism throughout. A basic starter pack with bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied but longer stays may need to top up these items.
In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party and No Commercial Functions policy.As it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.
