Summary: The apartment at 580 South Sapidillo is well located. It’s only a few blocks to busy City Place and the Kravis Center, for theater and music.The interior facilities - air conditioning, washer/dryer. kitchen appliances - worked well.But the low ranking is based on the following experiences:* The apartment was poorly serviced when we arrived. The washing machine had wet dirty sheets and towels, there was left-over food in the refrigerator, and essential items - like soaps and toilet paper - weren’t provided.* The living room was poorly equipped. The single large sofa was uncomfortable to sit in, there were no lounge chairs, no tables for holding a coffee cup, and the single bright light was in the ceiling and controlled by a dangling change.* The most significant problem was that it was a third floor, walk up apartment, Carrying luggage and supplies was very awkward. And most importantly, this was not disclosed in the VRBO write up. We have posted a complaint with VRBO.
