The Studio is on the entry level of the property. When you book The Studio no one else can book out the house. It has its own self-contained area with Kitchenette and full bathroom. The Studio has a BBQ and tables and chairs on its own private deck for you to enjoy secluded dinners while watching the sun go down over the Hawkesbury River.
At The Studio you will be immersed in water views of the Hawkesbury.

Bar Point is a small river boat access only community on the Hawkesbury River just 15mins from Brooklyn and Mooney Mooney by boat.
The Studio shares a wharf with several locals so please ensure you park in the correct berth.
Please respect the community and keep noise down at night.
There is plenty of native animals and birds around to provide you with their own music.

The Studio is a 15 minute boat ride from Brooklyn and Mooney Mooney.
BYO boat if you have one or the River Taxi is available to transport you to your destination. Why not add some more fun to your stay and hire a tinny to sightsee the river, if you don't have your own boat. However No license required tinnys can not be taken out at night.
Bar Point does not have any shops on it. BYO all Food and Beveridge necessities.
The closest shops are located in Brooklyn or Spencer, if your after a few forgotten things, however the closest big supermarkets are in Berowra (if coming from the South) or West Gosford (if coming from the North).
The Anchor @ Spencer offers delivered pizzas on a Friday and Saturday night and will deliver other items as well (such as bread, milk, alcohol), for a small delivery fee.
Please take all rubbish with you as Bar Point does not have a garbage service.
