Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Nice comfortable room with a large bed, good shower and good tea and coffee making facilities. There was a very good choice of breakfast, and it was all great quality. Probably the best thing about the hotel, apart from the lovely building itself, is the staff, all of whom could not have been friendlier or more helpful.

Negative: Although there is a car park for residents behind the hotel, it's way too small for the size of the hotel, so you have to often park further up the road. On the plus side, even if you have to do this, if you find a parking space, it's free.

Summary: A lovely hotel with comfortable rooms and with staff it can be proud of.
