The Waterscape Cottage has everything you could dream of in a lake house with an open sweeping floor plan, 5 bedrooms and expansive yard complete with views and majestic sunsets. Bass Lake is Indiana's third largest natural body of water and covers more than 1,400 acres. It has great swimming,boating and fishing. This house features a small sandy beach with a shallow walk-in for swimming.
The main floor features an open floor plan with a large kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, large island that seats 4 and a dining table (6), it sweeps into the living room with a fireplace and streaming t.v pull out sofa for additional sleeping. You have an additional two rooms off of the living room, Bedroom #2 has a Queen and a streaming t.v and bathroom. Bedroom #3 is the bunk room with 2 bunks, sleeping (4) total. Back through the kitchen to the other side of the home is a main floor Master Suite with a King Bed, streaming t.v and a master bathroom. With the Laundry room and powder room located just off the kitchen. The 4 season room has sweeping views of the Bass Lake and is set up for relaxing and dining, seating for 10, lounging for 8, and a streaming t.v. Regardless the time of year this is one of the most favorite rooms in the house.
Upstairs features two large family suites. Bedroom #4 features a King Bed, 2 twins and a desk a bathroom with a shower. Bedroom #5 features and King, a trundle bed, bathroom and a desk.
The exterior has something for everyone. A basketball court as you pull in. The front yard (lakeside) has a swing-set, fire pit, paddle boats and sandy beach and a private dock.

Summary: We stayed here for our son’s graduation from Culver Academies. The home of beautiful with lots of space for extended family to have privacy. The lake view and sunsets were outstanding. We enjoyed every moment and hope to come back.
