There was a Crooked House is quaint cottage, comfortable and cosy and close to everything. The cottage located in Invermay lives up to its name. The suburb of Invermay was built on land that 10,000 years ago (Pleistocene era) was a soft clay marsh. So even now years later there is some movement and we have a crooked house, itโs has a charm all of its own, quirky but nothing too dramatic, the walls and floor are just a little crooked. We have tried to keep as many of the original architectural features as possible, even if they are not quite straight, they provide a lovely ambiance, but the property has all the conveniences you will require for a very comfortable stay.
