Spend some time away in this adorable alpine-style home, that’s perched on the edge of the east Twin Lake in Charlevoix. This is the perfect home to enjoy a quiet, lakeside getaway, in Northern Michigan and can accommodate up to 10 guests. Enjoy kayaking and paddle boarding or do a little fishing in this great lake.
In 2019/2020, multiple updates have been made to the home including a new range, generator, smart TVs, and furniture throughout including new mattresses and bedding.
The main floor features heated flooring throughout.
This home has a fully equipped kitchen with an electric range, dishwasher, full-sized fridge, and microwave. Off the kitchen is a utility room that has a washer and dryer. Around the corner, you’ll find a large dining area with seating for 8.
Next to the kitchen is the only main-floor bedroom that has a queen bed. Two bathrooms are located on the main floor: a full-bath and an updated half-bath.
In the second story area above the kitchen and dining room, there are two additional bedrooms that both have queen beds as well as smart TV with Satellite access.
Down the hall from the kitchen is a large family room where everyone can hang out. It has a smart TV with satellite television services. There is also a game table that’s perfect for playing cards or board games.
Above the family room is a large loft bedroom that has two twin-over-twin trundle beds.
Outside is a large yard on East Twins Lake with ample space for everyone to enjoy. A patio with a dining area for 10 and new gas grill. There is also a lakeside fire pit, with 4 Adirondack chairs so you can spend time down by the water day and night with 225 feet of lake front.
