You will have the entire single-level villa to yourself.
Each bedroom has its own private entrance, en-suite bath, and access to the beautiful view terrace.
The central apartment has its own fully equipped kitchen and a breakfast bar that seats 4. The couch in the living area is actually a modified single bed, so it can sleep one extra guest.
You are welcome to make yourself at home! Help yourself to the:
- BBQ
- Laundry room
- Outdoor kitchenette
Host intimate dinners or game nights at the beautiful Guanacaste wood dining table on the terrace (seats 10), or simply luxuriate in your own private retreat.
The entire villa is yours to enjoy!
We live right next door and will coordinate with you to schedule housekeeping and ensure the pool stays sparkling clean.

Our Italian villa is tucked into a quiet neighborhood on a hillside, stroked by ocean breezes.
The location is practically perfect!
Just 150 meters from the beach, you can walk down the 120 steps through the jungle and be on the sand in 5 minutes. From there it's an easy, 10-minute stroll to the main street and all that Sámara has to offer.
Note: when hiking uphill to get back, the last 5 minutes are invigorating. ;-)
We're on the edge of the jungle just outside of town, so wildlife visits are abundant!
Expect to see howler monkeys in the mango trees... hummingbirds, iguanas, and butterflies on the terrace... and pizote/coatimundi, raccoons, and 2 kinds of iguana foraging on the hillside.
Everything is accessible by foot.
The beach is a five-minute walk. From there you can stroll up the beach to the town center in ten minutes.
Driving a car? There are plenty of parking options along our quiet road. You'll receive our Driving Directions & Parking Instructions a couple of days before check-in.
