The Primary Bedroom has a private 3/4 bathroom and the other two bedrooms share a full bathroom. This home has an oversize back patio complete with outdoor living area, outdoor dining area and outdoor fire pit area to take advantage of Tucson’s year-round outdoor living. The back yard is fully fenced for dogs. The 2 car garage is empty and available for guest use. This home comfortably accommodates 6 adults in the 3 bedrooms along with a queen size air mattress allows the home to sleep 8 total . This home is equipped with Cox Communications high speed internet offering you super fast internet connection speeds! For fellow cyclists looking to set up base camp for training, this home is located less than a mile away from Catalina Highway which takes you up Mount Lemmon, Tucson’s premier climb with 7,000’ of climbing . For runners, Sabino Canyon Recreation Area is 5 miles away which offers excellent trail running and hiking.
