Positive: My review is about Aleksandra Apartment because Tilia was closed - they were out of power and the owner found another place near by. The place was great - very close to city centre, very very quiet, comfortable beds, very clean.

Negative: I didn't like the front-desk girl Ksenia - she was very formal and not friendly. The last day we wanted to stay for 2 hours extra and we were ready to pay. The rules say that check-in is at 14 and we wanted to stay till 12. She said that it's not possible, though it WAS possible. I worked in hotels myself and I know perfectly well that an hour is more than enough to clean both our rooms after our short stay. All the rest was great.
