The Fair House is a tiny home with a lot to offer! With a 12 ft ceiling in the main living area, it feels spacious and roomy. The countryside setting is peaceful and relaxing, but you are only minutes from downtown. The home is only 399 square feet making it a true “tiny house!” There are two bedrooms and a loft. The main bedroom has a queen bed and small closet. The bunk room has two built in bunks and a storage cabinet.
