2 Bedroom Cabin in Clarkesville

Unwind at this stunning mountaintop retreat overlooking the North Georgia mountains. Get cozy inside in front of the fireplace, enjoy stargazing from the hot tub, or enjoy a meal while being taken away by the views of the mountains.
The cabin is only minutes away from Helen, Sautee Nacooche or downtown Clarkesville where shops and restaurants line the quaint downtowns. Nature activities are abundant and for adventure seekers, trails, lakes, ziplining, waterfalls and more are a short drive away.
An open floorplan kitchen, dining and livingroom are spacious and inviting with comfortable finishings to enjoy every moment together. You kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs including an outdoor charcoal grill for enjoying fresh prepared foods from our local grocery store Betty's Country Store in Helen (Great meat and fresh veggies). A queen bedroom on the main floor has easy access to the main floor kitchen and living room. Your second bedroom and bath are upstairs in the loft where you have beautiful skylights for stargazing in bed or you can shut them closed for sleeping in the mornings! Off the main floor living room you have an office space for working from home or school work as needed.
The views from Tippy Top Retreat can only be reached with all-wheel drive or SUV/Truck. It's the last cabin at the end of a steep drive but we promise the Blue Ridge Mountain views from the deck are worth it!

Summary: This place was everything and more than what you see in the photos. It was very clean, no smells of any sort. The decor is minimalist yet very comfortable and functional. Everything was beautiful and perfect. The fireplace was super easy to start and I used it every morning and night. The hot tub was incredibly easy to use as well. It was already on and ready and the buttons are easy to adjust to change the temperature, turn on lights etc. The bed was very comfortable, pillows were very comfortable, and having a washer and dryer was very helpful. Skylights were incredible as you could see the stars and felt like you could almost touch them. The views are unbeatable. The drive up the mountain was nerve-wracking. I failed the first two times but only have a front wheel drive and didn't have enough momentum. By the second and third night I got up fine with a little more speed. It is extremely bumpy and uneven and it's a long road up the mountain. It is easy to get lost since the GPS is only going to take you close to the entrance of the neighborhood so pay close attention to your turns and landmarks once you get in. Make sure to read the directions for finding the place. I paid attention to the dead end signs, mailboxes etc to help me navigate. Also if you plan on returning at night make sure you leave an outdoor light on so you can see as it does get very very dark in the mountains. Loved my stay and would drive up that mountain again in a heartbeat to stay here. Can't recommend this place enough. Communication was also amazing. The owner always replied back immediately and was extremely helpful. Thank you so much for allowing me to stay!
