This is my newly renovated, uniquely appointed 3 bedroom home w/ hot tub and a special permit to share it. Centrally located and packed with amenities, this is an ideal vacation home to soak in Tahoe lifestyle. SUPREME location less than 1 mile from the Lake / Marina, and 1.5 miles from Casinos, Downtown, Heavenly Ski Area, and countless dining options. I personally care for and appointed this home with no details over looked. Large hot tub, luxury mattresses, patio, dart board, and more!
This home is built to relax, and entertain. Below is a long list of features / details, but first:

* Toilet paper, soaps, shampooing conditioner, lotion, dish detergent and soap, sponge, trash bags, hand towels, wash cloths, and more provided.
* Every sheet / towel is cleaned, sanitized, hot iron pressed, and folded crisp ahead of placement.
* A housemen visits day of your arrival, and day of checkout controlling all details of this property, in addition to cleaning.
* Duvets washed frequently.
OUTDOOR FEATURES:
* LED solar lights / torches throughout exterior
* Large Hot Tub
** Front porch with large propane BBQ
* Back Yard patio lounge and gravity chairs, seating for more people than allowed on site.
* High end glass propane fireplace / mini table
* Higher end basketball hoop you can actually shoot on (no flimsy back board), ball provided (play at own risk!) OUT OF COMMISSION
* Hitting net (and if you ask, I might let out the golf hitting pad). Any use of this is at your risk, and all damages your liability.
* Gardens throughout filled with Russian sage, butterfly bush, all kinds of berries, rhubarb, spices, herbs, flowers, shielded in a bit by evergreens and aspens with a staple Japanese maple :)
7 guests max at all times. And 7 requires 1 or more individuals on the huge couch (2 can easily sleep there). Parking for 2 cars Max - no on street parking @ anytime. No hot tub use after 10PM.
I ask and expect guests to be respectful of my house, neighbors, and community. It's just the right thing to do. No loud music, loud outdoor activity, or hot tub use from 10PM-9AM.

There is a camera on the driveway / front yard area (exterior only).
I live here to, occasionally which helps keep the home at a high end level, and also why much of the calendar is booked in advance. This house is a fully appointed vacation home, with all my belongings out.
I care deeply about my house, neighbors, and ask guests to do the same. Families live just beyond back yard fence, and across the street. Service team may access property to service hot tub and water outside new plantings once per 2-3 days or so, but will not go inside home.
MUST be quiet after 10PM, with no hot tub use or really any back patio use after 10PM. $2000 penalty per VHR fine (exceeding 7 persons, excessive noise, hot tub after 10PM, trash left on property outside, and/or parking violations and exceeding 2 vehicles). These fines are assessed by the City of South Lake Tahoe!
For all non Airbnb bookings: Cancellation may include a small fee for payment processing, especially if it's because the group is over occupancy. Please confirm the local occupancy rules before booking if unsure.
We expect all guests to be respectful, mature, and responsible. There is a zero tolerance policy abusive and negligent guests, loud groups, etc. If you want to squeeze 10+ people into a house and party hard, this is not it. This is a tasteful, and well appointed home - please treat it as your own.
Guests agree to comply with the City of South Lake Tahoe's Vacation Home Rental ordinances and our rental agreement (emailed separately), and failing to do so, or violation of home rules in the listing, may result in egregious penalties, forfeiture of security deposit, and even eviction. GUEST COVID-19 NOTICE
We have developed a COVID-19 Plan which includes several additional measures and modifications to our operations and policies to help mitigate the risk of COVID-19 transmission. Some of these are identified below. Despite these efforts, we cannot eliminate the risk of COVID-19 transmission so please be extremely cautious and careful and travel at your own risk!
Best Practice: Please wash hand thoroughly, especially when leaving or entering home. Use sanitizer where available as extra measure. Be mindful of guidance for physical distancing and use of face coverings when in public.
Symptomatic / Positive Test: If you are knowingly / suspected to be infected with COVID-19 please contact us right away. Extra measures will be taken in such cases.
Mid Stay Cleaning: Mid-stay cleanings are generally avoided unless the guest will be out of property for 30 hours. We can drop off fresh linen, towels, supplies, and haul trash off site.
Increased Surface Cleaning and Disinfecting: Surfaces and highly touched items are cleaned and dis-infected
Vacuum cleaner w/ HEPA filter: we have supplemented vacuum inventory with additional HEPA filter vacuums and staff are instructed to use these.
Linens and Trash: Sheets and towels are professionally laundered every-time, and trash is hauled off site promptly.
Staff Policy: Staff are instructed to wear PPE and face coverings while operating in home and are not to work if exhibiting symptoms.
Hand Sanitizer and Comforters: Where approved, we are installing permanent hand sanitizing systems, new comforters, a fresh comforter casing system every booking, and eliminating decorative bed pillows.
