The new and exclusive apartment was completed in the summer of 2014 in the district of Dierhagen-Strand. First floor of Strandvilla am Wiesenweg 4, apartment 4 with a unique quiet location directly on the east beach of Dierhagen.
This promises a 7 km long, fine sand beach and up to 40 m wide sand beach, which invites to bathing, walking and sports activities in one of the most sunbathing places in Germany.

The bright, approx. 50 m² non-smoking apartment offers space for up to 4 persons and is modern and comfortably furnished.
There is a sun-drenched living room with a cozy seating area (can be used as a sofa bed) with LED TV, a modern fireplace (for romantic flair in the cold season), a welcoming dining area with an integrated and high-quality fitted kitchen , Dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, water cooker, toaster, espresso maker, milk frother).
The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed (180 x 200), plus 3-door wardrobe and LED TV.
The bathroom has a spacious floor-level shower, a wash basin, WC, hairdryer and heated towel rail.
In the outdoor area is a furnished balcony with dyke view, which you in the evening hours to the marvel of wonderful sunsets receives.
