Positive: The owner was very helpful, we encountered problems paying via Credit Card as we are in Mozambique. He was very patient and assisted us in every possible way. The Unit is very comfortable, please note for elder people the stairs to the TV Room is very steep, but we enjoyed it very much in this Unit. Safe area, safe parking. The owners did a great job with the interior.

Negative: The steep stairs. No seaview, but we were warned beforehand.
