Summary: The property is nice. I booked on a daily via hotel.com and so got to experience different rooms over 3 nights. However, the check in process was a nightmare. Despite having my booking confirmation, I was treated with suspicion and denied check in on 2 occasions. Upon arrival, I was told that the 3rd party had not processes the payment hence I could not check in. After about 30 mins back and forth I finally checked in. Second night, it was the same story Last night was the worst, I reported at 9 that I had made another reservation. I was told there was no payment. I went back at 1400, still no payment so I was not allowed to check in, again at 1700 same story. It was after the manager intervened that I was allowed to check in at 1830 Something must give
