Positive: The location

Negative: The quality of the outdoor area. There was a hot tub, which was a great addition, but the courtyard had not been swept, and there were cigarette butts on the paved area. There was no privacy from people on the street. The outdoor seating area was poor for a property of this size, and it only accommodated 4 adults. It let the property down as inside was perfect for our requirements.
