Summary: The home was clean. Beds and bathrooms were clean. Washer and dryer worked well. Towels had some stains. We spent most of our time on the upper levels because the AC unit on the main floor was extremely loud and made it difficult to hear the TV. It would have been helpful to have more information, such as a binder with island information such as grocery stores, recommended restaurants, more beach access details. The beach supplies were limited. Umbrella was broken and we couldn't find a place to rent one. The pool had a lot of debris. It wasn't clear when/if housekeeping was coming. I would have preferred to know the day/time rather than come back to find someone had cleaned while we were out. There is a lot of golf cart noise at night if you are sleeping in the front bedroom.
