Summary: Villa is great overall and in a good location close to Cisternino. Outdoor space is excellent although the gardens need a bit of attention & there is some partially hidden rubbish that needs to be removed. Outdoor seating area cushions are worn out & need replacing. We had ongoing issues with the air conditioning, hot water & gas hob. Would have been good if everything had been tested & checked before our arrival. Would have expected all of these things to have been in order when you consider the villa rental is very pricey in the summer. That said the managing agent is very helpful & a nice lady. Also had some noise & drone issues from our neighbours.
