Quintessential Civano bungalow. New owners and now available to rent starting December 2024. Situated on a quiet tree lined residential street in the heart of Civano – a community located on Tucson’s southeast side known for its ecologically inspired homes and commitment to community and the environment.
A short walking distance away are numerous community foot and bike paths, pickleball and tennis courts, two swimming pools and a community garden. Though close to shopping, Vail schools and two hospitals, Civano shares space with the majestic Sonoran Desert. Opportunities for new trail exploration, horseback riding, scenic vistas and wildlife viewing of both plant and animal species abound.
Upgraded features throughout with clean, light-filled spaces. Neutral tones comprise the living area with a large L-shaped wrap-around sofa and recliner. Console with large screen TV, local guide books, games. The adjoining airy dining space has a round wooden table and four chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen is complete with stainless-steel appliances, dishes, glassware and silverware. Reverse Osmosis water filtration. Newly purchased stainless-steel cookware, small electrics, and a coffee/tea station. Bakeware, mixing bowls and glass storage. The pantry is stocked with essential staple items.
A well-appointed master bedroom features a king bed, and an en suite bathroom with two sinks and premium tiled shower. Clerestory windows, a large screen TV, generous walk-in closet and wood furniture.
A second bedroom offers a queen bed and wall-mounted TV screen. The bedroom and nearby hall bathroom project a modern Southwest vibe. Cotton linens. Soap and shampoo dispensers in both bathrooms feature the EO organic and sustainable product line. We also offer fragrance-free products upon request.
Both front and side yard outdoor spaces feature new seating and patio décor. The front porch has seating for four with a three-piece retro styled metal chair set and two eucalyptus/wicker rockers/side table. A lovely Arizona Ash tree provides shade to the front yard.
A side porch area features cushioned chairs, dining set, lanterns and patio string lights. Adjoining the space are native desert plantings including fencepost cactus and golden barrel cacti accented by small solar lights.
Guests have access to a laundry room with a washer-dryer. We have chosen Branch Basics for the majority of our home cleaning/laundry supplies. Fragrance free, non-toxic, environmentally friendly plant-based ingredients.
A garage is available for guests with entrance at the rear of the property. There you will find beach towels, pool floats and pickleball paddles available.
