Our house is a century-old house, newly renovated in 2016. A house whose origins are humble, austere and simple, respected in its essence to the fullest, but adapted / equipped to make you feel at ease, as in your home. After several months of rehabilitation, we have saved that character from the houses in the Huerta Norte area of Valencia: its high ceilings with wooden beams, its characteristic and appreciated nolla mosaic floor, its solid wood entrance gate, its corral (today transformed into an appetizing terrace with barbecue), its doors and original windows of mobila wood and glass; and if you add a totally new bathroom and kitchen respecting the materials, shapes and colors of before, fresh, light and modern rooms, with a touch of personality, Voilร ! You are in the ideal place to stay on your getaway to Valencia.
We will make you feel at home, you will not lack anything. Sheets, towels and complete utensils. * The room "GREEN ROOM" with a double bed of 150x190, closets and shelves in sight, unique pieces and fresh atmosphere, like our garden: comfortable and pleasant. Inside.
* The room "BLUE ROOM", Mediterranean atmosphere, a reflection of our coastal character; with 2 beds of 90x190, old window to the street with a spectacular sun in the morning, the sheets will stick to you ....
* The room "BLACK ROOM", with 1 single bed, 90x180, small and light as the luggage of a bag that travels to Africa, The traveling soul that we all carry inside ... Old bedroom of the house. Small but cozy space. Inside. Advisable for children, for the size.
All rooms have a full-length mirror, additional coat hangers, armchair / chair, winter comforter, light blanket on the foot of the bed, additional power outlets (the whole house operates at 220V).
The capacity of the House is for 5 people (counting adults and children), staying in double and single rooms.
The sober lounge welcomes you to take a break or watch TV for a while. The seriousness of a wall tile plating with a hundred years surround you, a peculiar mosaic of small ceramic pieces caress your feet, and thick wooden beams on those high ceilings bathe you with the warmth and personality that we no longer find in modern houses ...
The small but cozy dining room leaves everything at hand; its original wall plating, an antique wall display cabinet (the original!), cupboard, the open kitchen and the exit door to the terrace (the old corral of the house) will leave you undecided on where to have breakfast: the best option, without a doubt, the terrace! There is a little corner for tea, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and why not! Make us a barbecue as a family! You don't want to leave the terrace ...
Despite the austerity and sobriety of the house, we have not forgotten the comfort for your stay: Air conditioning throughout the house (hot / cold). WIFI. Warm wood slats on the walls of the rooms. 1 set of sheets and towels for all guests. SmartTv terrestrial television and ASTRA satellite. Bluetooth receiver for ambient sound (connect music from your mobile or tablet to listen to music). Access control entrance to the house in case we cannot receive you. Washing machine. Hot water (100 liters electric thermos). Outdoor shower on the terrace (use it when returning from the beach!, or just to refresh you). The interior layout of the house (only one exterior room), guaranteed a more pleasant and cool temperature in the hot Valencian summer months.
THE VALENCIAN POPULAR ARCHITECTURE. This house retains its original architecture. They are constructions of maximum height, that is, ground floor + first floor, which usually housed the parents (ground floor), and subsequently the children on the top floor when they were getting married, both floors being independent houses. If you go to the BEACH, with your car you will be in less than 5 minutes, and you can also take the bus you have to the beach, with a stop 15 meters from the door of the House.
