While only a 50 minute drive from Adelaide you will enjoy the complete relaxation of being away on holiday.
The Space:
Lose yourself having long lunches and wine tasting in McLarenVale, delight the children with the carnival at the Victor Harbor waterfront. Explore Granite Island and the 30 km of waterfront trails. Enjoy cafes or hire bicycles, shop in Port Elliot and explore the local art galleries at Goolwa.
Whatever pace, time frame or budget a weekend or even long weekend the south coast always does the trick.
Set over two levels the home can easily accommodate two families. With five bedrooms and two bathrooms & 3 showers & 3 toilets the home can accommodate as many as 12.
The third shower is not a complete bathroom.
Upstairs presents a large open plan living/dining with wood burning fireplace and HD flat screen TV. Downstairs features large lounge, second flat screen TV and DVDs.
The beautiful lower level deck also includes ocean views, marquee umbrella and Gas Heater. There is also two BBQ's located on the lower level. This area is also serviced by lush green gardens and lawn. The property backs onto a private grassy park and enjoy a short walk directly to the esplanade.

Summary: Great location and view of encounter bay. Great walk for the tweens to the Esplanade. They loved the pool and poker table downstairs and the presentation of the bedrooms was excellent. Lots of extra equipment for cooking in kitchen that we were not expecting. Definitely think of staying again sometime.
