This 3 bedroom corner apartment with a huge L-shaped terrace, is fully equipped with modern appliances and is in excellent condition. The apartment sleeps 5 guests comfortably and is excellent for large families or groups.The indoor space is 97,8 sqm.
The spacious and modern kitchen is equipped with high quality stainless steel appliances: oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Tassimo coffee maker, toaster and iron. The apartment is fully equipped with cookware, china dinnerware and cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils. The indoor dining area seats six comfortably. The living area has a leather sofa, a 42' flat screen TV, DVD-player, WIFI and a A/C unit.
In one bedroom with a sliding door to the terrace there is a double bed. In the second bedroom there are 2 single beds that can be zipped together into one double bed if needed. In the third bedroom there is single bed. All three bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets, lamps and A/C units. Bed linen and towels are provided for, however, please bring your own beach towels.
The apartment has a modern tiled bathroom with a bath with overhead shower, shower screen, towel rail, mirror and cabinet over as well as under the basin.
On the terrace overlooking the Sierra Espuna an Carrascoy mountains, there are outdoor furniture and 2 sun beds. The outdoor dining area seats six. This terrace is fitted with retractable awnings.
The property is on the 2nd floor and the terrace is completely open, fitted with awnings to provide for shade if needed. Our private parking is also under a roof which provides you with a cool car during the warm summer days.
