Summary: I had a very enjoyable 10 day stay in this apartment, which although compact, offers all I needed and more. The location is perfect, a very short walk to a variety of good local shops as well as bars and restaurants. A highlight is the view looking out over the marina, fishing harbour and out to sea and it was a pleasure to eat whilst watching the busy harbour goings on. I explored the island by bike and this is recommended as it is flat and there are excellent well marked safe cycle routes and dedicated tracks. The car can be left in the dedicated off road parking area exclusive for the apartments. There is a nice swimming pool but as there are many close by wonderful beaches and the sea was so warm in September, I only used it once. On arrival I was greeted by Madame Leonard who was most friendly and helpful. The apartment is highly recommended as is Ile de Noirmoutier. Nigel; Devon, England
