The 120 sq.m house is located in Pireotisa/Agia Triada, a peaceful and noise-free environment area of Symi's upper town (Chorio) overlooking undisturbed views to Aegean sea, Pedi Valley and islands beyond.
The house can easily accommodate up to 6 people.
Built in 2000 according to Symi traditional architecture style and standards, the house is situated behind the Museum, within walking distance from tavernas, bars, shops and the local bus route.
The house is located in a peaceful and noise-free environment area overlooking undisturbed views to Aegean sea, Pedi Valley and islands beyond.
The house is arranged on two levels. Downstairs there is a kitchen, a large living room and a toilet (60 m2).
Upstairs there are two bedrooms , a bathroom and a balcony (50 m2).
Outdoors there is a large pergola and a small garden.
The house is suitable for children of all ages.
On the other hand, it is unsuitable for people with restricted mobility.
Finally, there is a ping pong table available, for those who love sports.

The house can be reached by car and is about 5 walk down the hill (appr 80 steps) from the end of the Pireotisa road, where parking is available.

From 'Gialos' and 'Pedi' (which are easily accessible with taxi, bus and on foot), there are taxi boats every day which travel to the beautiful beaches of the Island. St Nicolas is the only beach which is accessible on foot (15' from Pedi) and Marathounta (includes restaurant) is only 15' by car from the house and 5' from the monastery of Panormitis (which is the most famous sight seeing of Symi. The most beautiful beaches of the island is St George (15' by boat from Pedi) and St Marina which is only 5' by boat from Pedi and the most popular.

Very quiet neighborhood, with a square located next to the house. In general, the area is suitable for nice walks.
'Peiraiotissa' (3'-5'minutes walking distance from the house) is very easily accessible with taxi. Moreover there is the local bus with standard timetables and goes to 'Chorio', 'Pedi', 'Gialos'. The nearest bus station to the house is the 'Lieni' station (5' on foot) and 'Chorio' (15' on foot). In general, the house is easily accessible with taxi and bus. Alternatively,walking to the port through the wonderful streets of Symi is a great experience!
