This exclusive sea scenery can be enjoyed from all the sites of the villa, as the spacious balconies surround the structure of this unique Cycladic resort estate.
This newly constructed and secluded, 2-level villa at the cliffs of Charaka foothill, is approximately 10 minutes’ drive away from the port of Gavrio.
The Unique Scenery Villa has one of the most spectacular panoramic views of the Aegean Sea allowing its guests to fully enjoy an unforgettable dream like scenery in a serene and completely relaxing and rejuvenating holiday environment.
This fully equipped 140 square meters villa has 3 bedrooms (one of which is the master bedroom with private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, 1 WC, a traditional fire place, a BBQ area and at least 150 square meters of balconies and terraces, all with stunning view.
Guests must know that they should have or hire a four wheel drive jeep (4WD), as the end of the road from Gavrio port to the house is steep, quite narrow at some points and at the end unpaved and relatively rough. It is not recommended for new or inexperienced drivers. The villa is also secluded and not in walking distance to any super markets, newsstands or pharmacies.

Summary: For those of us who love to travel and do so frequently, memories tend to meld, one into the next, but our stay at Ursula and Dimitri's villa will remain singular and extraordinary. The view--of course, the view!--invites dreamy reflection not only of nature, the ever-changing wind and light and water, but also of the sublime, so mysterious is the landscape of Greece. Then, the beauty of the landscape was complemented by the truly elegant, tasteful, exquisite aesthetic of the owners. Beautiful linens, furniture, both antique and modern, Persian rugs, paintings, and a few vases created such a lovely space all the more lovely for the spotless cleanliness of everything. I didn't want to use a dish towel for fear of sullying it! The well-appointed kitchen made cooking at the villa such fun after picking up special local cheese and other Cycladic products from Yanni Batis's unusual little shop, "Andriakon" in Gavrio. Ursula and Dimitri also provided some exceptional wines, which, of course, we loved to enjoy in the many outdoor spaces. Every door leads to a terrace or balcony, one well protected from the wind, another from the sun, if either is extreme. We loved watching the tiny hummingbird moths zipping through the rosemary and thyme, and we woke to the greeting of the many roosters. The only caution is the road to the villa, which requires an experienced driver, preferably a 4x4 vehicle. Thank you, Ursula and Dimitri, for all the beauty and your endless attention to detail.
