Summary: The condo was beautiful. Well appointed and decorated. The Parkview Bay location is excellent as well. Very quiet, however close to everything. Unfortunately, on arrival, the condo was not clean. Cleaning supplies were still on the counter and dining table. There was laundry in the washer and dryer and one of the beds still needed to be made. I finished the cleaning/laundry/and bed. I paid the full cleaning fee, so my expectation is to not have to clean a mess before staying. On Tuesday of our stay, the maid came in to the condo while we were out to get her supplies. During this time, someone also left with a bag of Bath of Body works that my daughter had purchased the day before. Within about an hour of our return and the maid leaving, the products had been returned and exchanged for the items they preferred. My daughter received an email receipt for the exchange. This made the rest of our stay uncomfortable as we were not sure if other items might disappear while we were there. Again, beautiful condo; hopefully, they will get a new cleaning person.
