This property is located 5 minutes walk from Claremont Train Station (Fremantle Line - 15 minutes on the train to the city!).
It is also a 5 minute walk to the Claremont shopping precinct, including Claremont Quarter where there are all the services you will need including restaurants, bars, grocery stores, pharmacies, bottle shops etc etc. Surrounded by an amazing selection of coffee shops and cafes just a short stroll away.
Also a very short walk away is Claremont Football Club, the Showgrounds, gyms, Claremont Pool, Claremont Golf Course, Claremont Lake and it is on the doorstep of private boarding schools such as MLC, Scotch, CCGS.
Located on a bus route - there is a bus that can take you straight to Cottesloe Beach - otherwise it is just a quick 5 minute drive away.
