Positive: Not much!
Negative: Too many restrictions and not ideal for a family holiday. The apartment above ours flooded into our apartment which cost us a full night without sleep and a full day to move to another apartment. Although the manager was full of apologies and it was not her fault any suggestion of any compensation was shrugged off and we were told to take it up with Booking.com.
Summary: Way overpriced and very disappointing!
