This is a newly remodeled house. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay nestled in the woods. Many opportunities to enjoy the outdoors while hiking, biking, bird and wildlife watching. This borders State Ground for hunting and fishing. 20 minutes from 2 local wineries. It’s a little over an hour to State College. There will be no cell service at this remote location so connecting to the Wi-Fi for service is a must. We have changed our internet provider for improved Wi-Fi service. There is a large yard, plenty of parking, large table, galley style kitchen with new appliances, Livingroom with lots of seating and a smart tv. 1 bedroom down stairs with queen bed, 2 bedrooms upstairs with 2 queen size beds in each room. 1 bathroom downstairs and 1 bathroom upstairs. Screened in front porch and pavilion. Other things to note: No pets. There are 2 full hookup RV sites on the property that can be used for an extra fee.
