Private: property 1'200 m2, park 150 m2, garden 200 m2, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 140 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 27.Apr. - 26.Oct.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener.
