The Villa welcomes guests with a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa bed for 2, flat screen TV, dining table with chairs, separate kitchen fully equipped with cooker hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, coffee machine, toaster and washing machine. The ground floor continues with the first bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC. The living room overlooks the beautiful private outdoor area of the Villa, with a garden of about 400 meters where children can play outdoors during the summer and from which you can enjoy a beautiful sea view. The outdoor area has a private swimming pool, barbecue, dining table with chairs and sun loungers, the perfect place to live an unforgettable holiday! The Villa continues to amaze on the upper floor with the sleeping area: the first bedroom, with comfortable double bed, single bed and large wardrobe, overlooks the large private terrace of the Villa from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding landscape. The second bedroom, equipped with a comfortable double bed, can accommodate up to 2 people. The layout of this Villa is completed by the bathroom with shower, wash basin, bidet and WC for both bedrooms. On guests' request it is possible to provide bed lines and towels at the additional cost of € 15,00 per person to be paid upon arrival. The tourist tax, to be paid upon arrival, is applicable from May 1st to October 31st. Guests can easily park a car in the private parking outside the Villa.
