The villa is divided into three independent apartments and it is located right on a beautiful sandy beach, only a few kilometers from the baroque town of Scicli. This is the perfect location not only for beach lovers but also for those who want to explore the nearby towns rich in history such as Modica, Ragusa and Noto.
Each apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and they have direct access to the beach and private terrace with sea view. On the back of the villa there is also a large shared terrace equipped with outdoor kitchen and barbecue.
