Positive: The accommodation is beautiful, the location is a dream, and the pool is wonderful. The road to get there is a bit long, but very scenic. The house is exactly like in the pictures and has everything you need.

Negative: No transparency from the staff. They could have easily offered a self check-in option, but instead they tried to find a way to charge extra. They asked us to pay additional money for check-in after 22:00, but in the end no one came. They could have simply left the key in a lockbox, as they eventually did, so there was no need to charge extra. Also, no one came to change the towels and bed linen during our 5-day stay.
