This authentic Provençal house has plenty of space to play, nap, sunbathe or practice your favourite sport.
It is light and bright and you will have a very pleasant and relaxing stay and will be able to easily visit the surrounding areas of Provence.

You will be conquered by the calm and serenity of the place. Ideally located between Aix en Provence and Marseille, this villa is 5 minutes from the main roads leading to the beaches or to the city, and is in absolute calm. Gardanne is a popular commune, and you can discover the very touristy Sunday morning market, and bring back Provencal specialities, for a typical and sunny aperitif.

Villa 5 rooms for 12 people and a small house for 2 people, for a total capacity of 14 people:
With a surface area of approximately 250m2, it has a ground floor part and another part slightly higher up (3 steps).
The ground floor part is composed of an entrance with a large living room, central fireplace, and a games corner with a billiard room, access to the games room with table football and board games, independent kitchen fully equipped with utensils, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster), toilets, a veranda dining room for 10/12 people, and a bedroom with a 160 x200 bed with direct access to the outside through a French window.
The upper part has 5 bedrooms, one of which is a master suite with a 160x200 bed and a bathroom (bath) and toilet, 2 bedrooms with 160x200 beds and a shower room, one bedroom with a 90x190 bed and 2 bunk beds with a bathroom (children's corner), one bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a 90x190 single bed, toilet in the corridor, another toilet near the kitchen.
3 terraces, one of which has a barbecue, garden furniture, another terrace where you can put your deckchair depending on the direction of the sun and your desires, and the swimming pool terrace including the pool house and storage for all the pool equipment, games and buoys.
At the back of the house there is also a tennis court of the required size.
