Positive: We had such a great time at Villa Luisa! The pictures do not make the place justice because it's so much more beautiful in reality!! The house is massive, there are many bathrooms (and several kitchens), and there's plenty of room to both gather everyone together, or to sneak away to get some alone time. The pool area is really nice as well, and there is a massive, beautiful garden with both tennis court and volleyball court. We loved our week at Villa Luisa and would definitely stay again if we decide to go back to the same area. Gianni was also very attentive and helpful!
Negative: The place is a bit tricky to get to unless you have your own car. We went in to Lucca a few nights for dinner and left the cars at the house to be able to drink wine at dinner, and it was sometimes difficult to find a taxi that could take us to the Villa. So I'd recommend either driving your own car or pre booking taxis if you go to town in the evenings.
