Villa Lujo (Benissa) is an iconic Mediterranean villa with unrivalled panoramic sea views that can be considered a truly unique oasis of calm, luxury and elegance. It has a golf putting green, petanque court, heated swimming pool (extra, see conditions), gymnasium with top of the range exercise equipment, sauna with infrared system, home cinema room... Pets are not allowed.
- Extra heated swimming pool available on request at an extra cost of 60 €/day for stays of more than 7 days, and for bookings made more than 3 days in advance. Available from March to November. The temperature will depend on the outside weather and the use of the deck, reaching an average of between 25 and 27 degrees Celsius.
If you wish, you can order additional services such as a cot and high chair for any young children (50€), baby bath (25€) and swimming pool towels ( bedsheets, and bath towels provided free of charge). The outdoor conceptual design enables our guests to have moments of tranquillity in its elegant gardens, have a relaxing sunbath in its unique asian style heated swimming pool, exercise on the golf putting green, the petanque courts or the gym and enjoy conversing and laughing with your family or friends on the large terrace with outdoor kitchen.
The villa indoors stands out for its carefully designed blend of Mediterranean contemporary and Asian decorative styles where you will be transported to a truly unique experience of serene luxe and elegance ideal for disconnecting from the daily stress or reconnecting with yourself, your family and friends.
The villa day area is on the ground floor that has a large living room with an open-plan kitchen that connects through its big sliding doors onto the large terrace with an Asian style heated pool, a lunch area with an outdoor kitchen and a spacious sunbathing area with sun loungers.
The villa day area leads to the night area through an internal staircase where our guests can rest in their luxurious rooms with plenty of sunshine and en-suite bathrooms. Three of the rooms have terraces with sea views.
In the lower level you have a sauna, a gym and an audiovisual games area.
The floor structure makes a clear distinction between the day and night areas, allowing you to hire our daily cleaning service to have a truly relaxing and exclusive hotel-type service experience with the privacy and exclusivity of a luxury villa.
Later after relaxing in the pool or exercising you will be able to decide each day if you wish to use our exclusive concierge service to book a unique selected local restaurant, make a barbeque in the villa or even experience our exclusive chef experience to cook an authentic paella valenciana. Other exclusive services as massage, yoga sessions and private transport in order to make your stay memorable in Villa Lujo.
The heated pool is available from March to November. The temperature will depend on the outside weather and the use of the cover, reaching an average of between 25 and 27 degrees Celsius. It is available for stays over 6 days length.
A deposit of 1.500€ is required in this Villa.
